To get started as a host:
- Sign up for an account on our platform.
- Complete your profile, including your contact and payment details.
- Create a listing for your equipment, providing clear descriptions, photos, and pricing.
- Submit your listing for approval. Once approved, your equipment will be available for rent or sale or for both!
Your listing should include:
- A clear and accurate title (e.g., "Professional DSLR Camera Kit").
- High-quality photos showing your equipment.
- A detailed description of the item, its condition, and any included accessories.
- The rental price and duration options.
- Pickup/drop-off instructions or shipping details, if applicable.

You have full control over setting the rental price for your equipment. We recommend researching similar items on the platform to help determine a competitive rate. You can also contact us for more guidance regarding pricing.
Payments are processed through our secure system. After the rental period ends and the equipment is returned in good condition, your earnings (minus the platform fee) will be transferred to your designated account within 7-14 business days.
We charge a small commission (15%) on each successful transaction to cover operational costs and support services. There are no upfront fees to list your items and no other hidden fees.
You can choose how to exchange the item:
- In-person handoff: Arrange a mutually convenient time and place.
- Shipping: If the item is suitable, you can offer to ship it to the renter. The renter covers shipping costs.
We prioritize the safety of your belongings. Our platform includes a protection plan that covers damages or theft. Renters will choose an insurance policy to cover the cost in case of damage. Renters who forgo insurance protection will be responsible to pay the full amount the value of the equipment in case of damage or theft. Hosts and renters must provide photos/documentation and adhere to our terms and to qualify for protection.
Our platform will waive the cancellation fees ($25) in valid reasons beyond the Host’s control. Hosts who believe one of these situations applies will be required to provide documentation or other support. In the event a fee is waived, other consequences may still apply, like blocking a listing’s calendar and preventing the host from accepting another reservation for the listing on the affected dates.
Our cancellation policy varies based on timing. If a renter cancels close to the rental start date, you may still receive partial payment. Contact our customer service for extra support.
Browse the marketplace, select the equipment you need, check its availability, and complete the booking process by making a payment.
Cancellation policies vary by Host. Check the cancellation policy in the listing before booking. If eligible, you can cancel through the platform and request a refund.
You can message the Host through our platform to arrange pick-up, delivery, or ask questions.
We encourage both Hosts and Buyers to review each other’s profiles and ratings before booking. Additionally, all transactions are securely processed through our platform, and we have a dedicated support team for resolving issues.
Contact the seller to discuss a resolution. If they are unresponsive, contact our support team within 4 hours of receiving the equipment to report any issues. We’ll review your case and work towards a resolution.
Some owners may require a refundable security deposit for high-value items. This will be stated in the listing.
You can request an extension through the platform. If the owner agrees, the rental period will be adjusted.
Report the issue immediately through the platform. You'd be responsible for repair or full replacement costs if you didn't choose the insurance option.
Pickup and delivery options depend on the owner/seller. Some may offer shipping, while others require in-person exchanges.
Coordinate with the owner for a return time and location before the rental period ends. Late returns may incur extra fees (up to the full rental price per day).
